I saw this cute little dress on the tapestry I got with my Chou megami Shinkou Noire collector and wanted to draw her since then. I finally took the time to do it properly! I tried my best to make Noire look as cute as I could to match her dress n_n

Hmm I originally had something much more complicated in mind but I spent an awfully long time on her hair and the bits of background. Noire alone came out really well, it’s a shame I didn’t do as well for the background.
